Salvaged from PR #1204 by @unmodeled-tyler. Only the Sherlock skill was cherry-picked — the original PR also contained unrelated cli.py formatting changes (hundreds of lines of whitespace/quote cosmetics) and a Vessel Browser MCP skill, both excluded.
Adds an optional skill for OSINT username enumeration across 400+ social networks using the Sherlock Project.
Fixed author attribution from 'Hermes Agent' to the actual contributor.
