What does this PR do?
Adds support for the LiveAoPS dataset. Part 2 in resolving #51 .
LiveAoPS is meant to be a live benchmark dataset with problems with the dataset present in the URL: https://livemathbench.github.io/data/LiveAoPSBench-2024.jsonl
Since the TaskHandler only supported
dataset_pathto be a HF repo id, this PR also adds support for a URL. Currently only json format is supported for the URL. We can add more as needed.
