workflow to update api from latest tag in Cytobuoy's repo
Standalone version
Updated README with new command options and API version information.
actions needed to be updated (warning message), try to put results into a single version independent folder to avoid creating a new folder for each new version of the API (the old folders don't get deleted automatically)
