Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
View inheritance fails in Odoo 17 due to being used as root instead of in helpdesk_ticket_view.xml.
Current behavior before PR:
Tree views that inherit from this file cannot be located or extended properly.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
XML properly wrapped in so inheritance works.
