The get environment by name makes use of the partial name search on the get environments endpoint. This endpoint could return environments that contain the search term as part of their name.
As such, we filter the result by the name to ensure an exact match. Unfortunately, this filter was case sensitive when our endpoint returns case-insensitive results. To be consistent I have updated the client-side filter to be case-insensitive too
