Moving interfaces to separate file with all bold structs into a new
src/challengeV2/libraries/Structs.solfile for easier external integration. This issue is discovered while working on ArbitrumFoundation/governance#321 where importingIRollupCore.solwould compile almost the entire BOLD codebase.
