Who we are

We're Oire Software — André and Nathalie Polykanine, a husband-and-wife team of software engineers and accessibility specialists based in Strasbourg, France.

We build software that is intuitive, fast, and genuinely usable by everyone — including people with disabilities. André has been blind since birth, so accessibility here isn't a checkbox: it's daily reality.

What we build

We create both open-source and commercial software and libraries.

  • SIC! — Simple Image Converter: fast, straightforward image conversion

Libraries

  • SharpSync — .NET file sync with bidirectional sync and conflict resolution
  • NetFlux — .NET client for the REST API of Miniflux
  • Iridium — PHP security library: encryption, password hashing, secure tokens

Accessibility

Everything we publish is tested with real assistive technologies: JAWS, NVDA, and Windows Narrator.
