feat(profile): add notebooks, finetunes, endpoints, and evaluations tabs

• Add notebooks tab for self profiles
• Add finetunes tab for self profiles
• Add endpoints tab for self profiles
• Add evaluations section for self profiles
• Introduce button to go to resource console
