OpenCentauri Firmware v0.0.1

First clean build of OpenCentauri firmware from the Elegoo sources. No changes from upstream other than to make it build!

Completely untested 😄
Tested a bit by pdscomp:

• Seems to boot, with the latest OpenCentauri base FW
• wifi appears to connect although I had to reboot once to get it to take?
• No web server in this version of app
