Thanks Jari, in the UK we don't normally have a comma before "and"....but it seems like it is common for US English so I will defer to @shanecoughlan for those changes!

Yep, there are two schools on that (in Finnish there is no comma either before ja (and)), but I am getting used to U.S. English and in this LFC193 there were both styles used, so I was just trying to keep it consistent through the whole document.

Personally I do not care which style is used, but it should be consistent through the whole document (training material).
