Changes

• Add mDNS support with reflection. This will allow easy discovery of other devices and services on the mesh network. The resolution only works within the OpenMANET network and devices that support mDNS
• Migrate custom packages to openmanet/packages and include them in the feed.conf
• Improve auto configuration of GPSd with Seeed Boards
• batctl commands will now resolve hostnames of devices instead of just the MAC address (this takes a few minutes to initially propagate)
