Use wafer_id instead of lot_id

Main change is the use of wafer_id instead of lot_id and some helper functions around this.

• Added a tokenize function to split on multiple delimiters (e.g.: -, w or W. ).
• Added a function to log a string to stdf.
• Put some helper function around the getModelFileString function to extend the scope.
