нужно добавить проброс CancellationException далее, чтобы не ломался механизм отмены корутин

тут catch ничего не делает, лучше сделать возврат результата, при успехе
emit(Result.Success(catsService.getCatFact()))
а в catch
if (e is CancellationException) throw e
emit(Result.Error(e))
