Remove path from python setup.
Update the pytest.
Update `pip3` to `pip` so it points to the same pip instance.

I think this is great work!! I left a few comments. Most are small and at your discretion, but there are two in file_creation.py that will likely need to be addressed.
This is a huge step forward in the EM Ingestion product!! 🥇 🎉
