🔭 I’m currently working on: Building and maintaining scalable backend services at Babbel, leading the delivery of high-quality features across a diverse ecosystem of Node.js microservices, TypeScript libraries, and legacy Ruby on Rails applications.

🌱 I’m currently learning: Engineering management best practices, leadership frameworks, and strategies for fostering team growth, trust, and continuous improvement.
