What Does This PR Do

Removes the "bork, bork!" text injection from the swedish accent 'disability'

Why It's Good For The Game

Its annoying, messes with the flow of some sentences and moods(';help im dying bork bork bork!'), and rather immersion breaking(for me)
Its not even a swedish word, its a reference to the chef from the muppets
plus this doesn't remove the ability to say it, just removes the forced part of it

Testing

Tested saying a few things a handful of times, worked as expected

This is a very unnecessary removal imo, just because it annoys you doesn't mean everyone hates it and should have it taken away from them.

iv never had an issue with the borks also the entire fucking accent is a swedish stereotype and swedish chef reference its kinda the entire point of it in my view as im fairly sure that is 99% of the reason its even an accent as its like the ONE IRL accent or nation that has its own accent

The last time I had to communicate with a sweedish captain it took like 10 minutes of repeated back and fourth to decode what should have been at most 3-5 sentences.

This is with 2 other people helping to decode it. We blacklist stuff like lisp for the exact same reason.

The captain blew the borgs during a biohazard (blob) for seemingly no reason. I don't have the text logs but extracting the information from them genuinely took that long.

i'd just like to note that i haven't removed the text changes, that i have zero issue with, if someone wants to play with the accent, go crazy. All this does is removes the bork bork bork part thats forced into the end of messages, this doesn't prevent people from saying bork just stops the forced aspect of it
