Adds a new section documenting SARIF output support in PySpector.

This includes:

  • Explanation of the SARIF format
  • Supported platforms (GitHub Code Scanning, Azure DevOps, VS Code SARIF Viewer)
  • CLI example for generating SARIF reports

This improves documentation clarity for developers integrating PySpector with CI/CD pipelines and security tooling.

Added section for SARIF output integration and usage.
