I had trouble installing mod configs, and originally installed them in /opt/terraria/config/ModConfigs

As indicated in tModLoader/tModLoader#4898, ModConfigs is only read from the save directory which can be modified with the CLI command -tmlsavedirectory. The fix worked well on my Docker instance, loading mod configs when the instance starts.

This should also fix #8 although I'm not sure if this was referring to dynamic updates or initial loading

I tried this exact same fix as well but it caused some other issues. I'll revisit it and see if anything has changed

Well it seems to work perfectly and exactly fixes that issue. I wonder what I missed then, as I thought I tried this before but had some issues with. I will re-publish and re-tag the latest tmodloader images
