I didn't test configuring the Toggle SmartShift and Switch Receivers buttons, but I think it's fair to assume they work too given that everything else works just as expected.
Also, since idk how to PR to the wiki: the MX Master 4 has a new CID:
0x1a0for the big thumb pad.
