Fix models page column widths using ch units#533

Use table-layout: fixed with ch units for narrow columns (Prio, Pricing, Info at 8ch each) so they scale with font size. Key, Model, and Comment share remaining space automatically. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
