This change will make it so that new ML include the headers: * List-Id * List-Subscribe * List-Unsubscribe * List-Archive (link currently broken, to be fixed) * List-Help * List-Post

As discussed in #22, mailman needs to be corrected to include List-Id & such for regular ML posts.
This PR aims at changing the default configuration that is applied to new mailing lists to that effect.
Those will now automatically include the following headers:
