SIPMeta correction of subtraction function

Corrected the bug of the 28 august 20202 "the subtraction function is broken. When doing the subtraction I got this message: “Error! This is usually because the chromosome names don't match up between the loops file and the raw data files. For example Chr1 (capitalized) vs chr1 (no caps) vs 1 (no chr).”
