Update Tests and Code to Pester 4

I updated the following:

• Should Be to Should -Be
• Removed a ton of whitespace that was causing Script Analyzer failures
• Removed the whitespace that was included in new function test that caused Script Analyzer failure on new tests
• Updated the doc and fixed a few minor typos.

Note: I looked at moving all the way to Pester 5, but there is too much to change. I tested it all in Pester 4.7.3 and it works. This project really helped get me going in Pester, I'd hate to see it die.
