test: add comprehensive tests for claim winnings flow

• Add 11 new tests covering all claim winnings scenarios
• Test proportional payout distribution
• Test platform fee deduction (2%)
• Test multiple winners claiming
• Test error conditions (unresolved, non-voter, double claim)
• Test edge cases (expired period, non-existent market)
• Test event emission and statistics updates
• Achieve 95%+ test coverage for claim winnings flow
