This should allow git send-email to apply the transfer encoding desired when using the bridge.
Therefore, when mailing patches to a mailing list from git send-email, proton-bridge should not mangle the actual mail patches when, for example, .gitconfig contains:

[sendemail]
    transferEncoding = 8bit

(I was not able to compile this change on old version of Debian to test because my Go is out of date)

Nice one! I want to test on our conglomorates, and hopefully it will pipe up. Will also test the python, android and possibly iOS versions of Proton as well. Well done!
