P: My wallet has finished syncing, but it says "Out of Sync" everywhere

Ans: If you have ascertained that all blocks are done downloading, then it is due to no blocks being produced regularly to update the network. This is a problem with coins in their infancy, so please be patient for miners to mine blocks.
