Update extension to target .NET 10 and bump version to 1.4.0 Updated generator and package names, descriptions, and display names to reference .NET 10 instead of .NET 8. Increased version to 1.4.0 in code and VSIX manifest. Extended Visual Studio support to v19.0 for Community and Pro editions.
