📌 Description
This PR introduces a Dark/Light Mode Toggle to improve the user experience and accessibility of the ExpenseFlow application. Users can now easily switch between dark and light themes based on their preference.
The selected theme is stored in localStorage, ensuring that the user's choice persists even after refreshing or reopening the application.

💾 Theme preference saved in localStorage

Created light mode CSS styles using a
