On pages with a right sidebar, it seems the scrollbar was being hidden. By shifting 14px, the right scrollbar was uncovered.
This is in reference to this issue requested by editor Qingyu Luo multiple times to implement a right scrollbar to maneuver through the pages faster: ResearchHub/issues#407
