Adds set plan to subset proposal requirements and provides an example of a good subset proposal.
DevCompliance rarely understands the subset proposal it receives as devs typically assume the team has a better understanding of the game or its concepts than the team does. Often times proposals are unclear to the team and it cannot ascertain if the concepts are appropriate for the base set or what the subset would generally look like. This causes lengthy discussions and clarifying messages back to the developer that significantly increase the decision cycle. Providing developers with better guidance and an example of how to structure a subset proposal should enable DevCompliance to better understand proposals and make quicker decisions.
