Rockylinux image was failing in CI due to being too big: https://github.com/Rust-GPU/rust-cuda/actions/runs/18154387364/job/51766584764. Other ones can have similar problem. |

This makes the final containers smaller as they are too big still.
This is supposedly bigger than /tmp
This was saving way too much
Again, this has more space
