Akatski: Exam Preparation Motivation is a ReactJS-based platform designed to help students reduce procrastination and stay motivated while studying for exams. Developed specifically for SASTRA University students, Akatski helps organize study efforts, track progress, and engage in group-based study motivation.
- Topic-based Study Organization: Choose topics from the current semester's syllabus and mark them as completed once studied.
- Gamification: Earn points for completing topics and maintain streaks.
- Group Study Mode: Form groups of 3-5 people based on selected topics. Group members can view each other's progress and streaks.
- Future LLM Integration: In future versions, the platform will integrate with Language Learning Models (LLMs) to help test your knowledge and provide personalized feedback based on the topics you've selected.
- SASTRA Integration: Register using your SASTRA ID and password to access the syllabus, download PDFs, and start tracking your study progress.

- Clone the repository.
- Install dependencies:
npm install
- Start the development server:
npm start
- Register/Login using your SASTRA credentials.
- Download your current semester's syllabus.
- Select the topics you wish to study.
- Mark topics as completed and track your progress through the points and streak system.
- Form study groups and see how your group members are progressing.
- In future updates, test your knowledge using an LLM (coming soon!).
