This PR adds a new e2e tests folder, with some playwright project scaffolding and a first basic authentication e2e test (tests/basic-auth.spec.ts). This test describes the scenario in functions, the actual playwright code is moved to separate folders, structured per role, where the more generic functions are moved to the helpers folder.
In this case, the test needs to be done locally, as the CI integration will be done in another PR.
