Fixed Navigation Bar On screen

Fixes Applied to the Top Navigation Bar:

1. Tab Alignment: Reduced spacing between navigation elements to prevent overflow and ensure all tabs fit neatly within the header layout.
2. Sign Up Button Update: Adjusted button color from blue to emerald green for better theme consistency, then switched to a minimal text-only design.
3. Hover Effects: Added consistent hover interactions for both Sign In and Sign Up buttons, including green text and border highlights for improved visual feedback.
4. Unified Button Styling: Applied the same CSS for both Sign In and Sign Up buttons to maintain uniform appearance and behavior across the navigation bar.
