Fix demo-up errors and dependencies

Fix compilation errors across Rust, Go, and TypeScript components to enable the make demo-up command.

This addresses issues such as std::time::Instant serialization, missing Rust dependencies and trait implementations, incorrect Go imports and module dependencies, and missing entry points and configuration for the React UI.
