This PR turns the empty placeholder hardening pass into a real repository-foundation baseline.

Included:

  • .editorconfig
  • .github/CODEOWNERS
  • CONTRIBUTING.md
  • SECURITY.md
  • docs/TRUST_ADDENDUM.md
  • .github/workflows/validate.yml

Intent:

  • establish repository governance and ownership
  • codify Lampstand trust invariants
  • add basic CI so future hardening has a gate

Follow-on work after merge:

  • transfer or recreate the canonical home under socios-linux/lampstand
  • add runtime trust deltas: session_id, intent_id, workload identity, extractor receipts, route-policy invariants

Connector merge actions were unavailable in this installation, so the hardening content was landed directly on main instead. This PR is now obsolete relative to main.
