It's an extension for Edge and Chrome that automatically records the time of the video. So if you leave the page, close the window, change video without doing anything in particular, as soon as you return to the video, the time will automatically be reset to where you were.

Installation

Download latest release from here and install it.

Extract the .zip folder

Extract the .zip folder to a folder, put it where you want it

Go to Extensions Settings in Edge or Chrome

• Go to edge://extensions/ or chrome://extensions/ and enable Developer Mode

Load the extension

• Click on Load unpacked and select the folder where you extracted the .zip folder

When using the extension

You don't have to do a thing, the extension will save the video time automatically. Enjoy :)
