This project is doing a lot of the heavy lifting by creating a Debian base with Bootc and other tools properly configured, so I can remove a lot of extra steps from our build. Unlike the `debian` branch, this one actually boots after: * `just build` * `just build-disk` * create new VM from disk image with UEFI * disable Secure Boot The `debian` branch gets to an error when switching the root. I'll need a bit more certainty with the direction of this upstream project before commiting to it, but worst-case scenario I'll just be replicating what they are doing.

This will also force a rebuild with recent changes to SpamTagger-Plus which should fix tests.
