This PR adds x-axis and y-axis lines to the limit and derivative graphs. The integral graphs already had a y-axis line, but there was a bug that caused the axis line to cover part of the graph. This PR fixes that as well.
Some of the graphs previously had white axis lines, but they blended into the background, so I changed the color to silver. The reason for this change is that clearly visible axis lines will help people better understand the graphs. I updated the custom derivative and custom integral python code to reflect this change.
