Installation :

• Unzip the source code .zip
• go to /windows
• launch compile.bat
• once finished, launch OSMV.exe

In OBS :

• create a browser source
• link the url to the file in OSMV/shared/index.html

This major release brings a ton of new features, optimizations, and a complete English translation of the project!

The application has been refined to be lighter, smarter, and fully customizable right from the UI, with zero external dependencies required for the end user.

✨ What's New

• 🎮 Advanced Discord Rich Presence Integration:

  • Added a proper Discord Rich Presence status that updates in real-time with your music!
  • Dynamic Album Art: The app now intelligently fetches high-resolution album covers directly from the iTunes API so they display beautifully on your Discord profile.
  • Custom Client ID: You can now input your own Discord Developer Application ID directly in the UI.
  • Website Button: Added a clickable "Website" button to the Discord status that redirects to the project's official page.
  • Smart Hiding: The Discord status will logically pause and gracefully clear itself after 5 seconds of inactivity to prevent flickering.

• 🎛️ New In-App Options:

  • Match Cover Color: A new checkbox to dynamically change the widget's background color to match the dominant color of the current album artwork.
  • Audio Visualizer (Beta): Added a built-in toggle for a sleek, aesthetic, simulated HTML canvas audio visualizer that animates when music is playing and stops on pause.

• 🛠️ Under The Hood Improvements:

  • Zero Audio Dependencies: Completely removed heavy third-party audio capture libraries (NAudio). The application is now significantly lighter and more stable.
  • System Tray Minimization: The application now properly minimizes to the system tray, keeping your taskbar clean while you stream!
  • Smart UI Hiding: The OBS widget will now smoothly fade out after 10 seconds if no music is playing.
  • Full English Translation: The entire application UI, console logs, and documentation (README.md, TROUBLESHOOTING.md) have been fully translated into English.

• 🎨 Polished UX:

  • Added a custom OSMV logo icon to the .exe.
  • The application now automatically saves your preferences (Discord ID, checkboxes) in a lightweight settings.json file.

No coding or compiling required!

1. Download the .zip file.
2. Extract in a folder.
3. Double-click the .exe and add index.html as a Local Browser Source in OBS (Width: 500, Height: 140).
4. Enjoy! 🎧
