E.g. when taking science frames, when in theory the IIS fibres
are dark.
I didn't make this too automagic; you'll have to run with
-c 'reduceExposure:targetType=[ENGINEERING]'
-c reduceExposure:doAdjustDetectorMap=False
-c reduceExposure:doPhotometerLines=False
-c reduceExposure:doApplyFiberNorms=False
