Read Romper's fullsize guide before reading the instructions here. DO NOT LASERCUT WITH THE ITO TEMPLATE AS IS. I'm not sure if the traces are wide enough. It's only good to be used for hand tracing/cut. DO NOT MAKE THE CART IN MY DESIGN. It's not really stable.
