It seems the combination of Quartz 2.5.1 and PostgreSQL is broken:

• JobDataMap not loaded from database in v2.5.1 due to case-sensitive column name comparison in PostgreSQL quartz-scheduler/quartz#1416
• NoRecordFoundException with JDBC-JobStoreCMT and PostgreSQL quartz-scheduler/quartz#1407
• Quartz 2.5.1 not usable with PostgreSQL spring-projects/spring-boot#47981
