Enhance your Visual Studio experience with Windows materials
With Mica Visual Studio, you can choose between four materials to apply as your window backdrop:
- Mica
- Tabbed
- Acrylic
- (Solid) Glass

To switch which material you use as your backdrop, use the Tools > Backdrop submenu.
Mica Visual Studio is meant to be used with:
- Visual Studio 2026 or later
- Windows 11 or later
