C2UC4 - Maintain Bath And Grooming

1. Brief Description

This use case describes how the Clinic Worker uses the System to manage the service "Bath And Grooming" records.

2. Actors

  • Clinic Worker

3. Preconditions

3.1. The worker needs to be logged in the system. 3.2. The worker must have accessed an Bath And Grooming page.

4. Basic Flow of Events

  1. The system show all the "Bath And Grooming"'s services registered.
  2. The system show an option to register.
  3. The worker selects the option to register a new service.
  4. The system shows the field to fill the service.
  5. The worker inserts in the field the description of the service "Bath and Grooming".
  6. The system presents an option to save or go back to the list of services.
  7. The worker selects the Save option.
  8. The system displays a confirmation message.
  9. The worker confirms the registration.
  10. The system lists all the services registered.
  11. The use case end successfully.

5. Alternative Flows

5.1. Worker whises to uptade a Bath And Grooming service's registrarion.

If in the step 2 of the basic flow, the worker whises to update one of the existing registrations:

  1. The worker selects the edit option on the desired service's file.
  2. The system jumps to step 4 of the Basic Flow.

5.2. Worker whises to delete a patient's registration.

If in the step 2 of the basic flow, the worker whises to delete on of the existing registration:

  1. The worker selec the delete option on the desired service's file.
  2. The system displays a confirmation message.
  3. The worker confirms the operation.
  4. The system jump to step 10 of the Basic Flow.

5.3. Worker does not describe the service's information.

If in the step 5 of the Basic Flow:

  1. The system displays an Error Message.
  2. The worker returns to step 5 of the Basic Flow.

6. Post-conditions

6.1. Successful Completion

The service has been successfully registered and the system logs have been update.

6.1. Failure Condition

The logs have been updated accordingly.

7. Special Requirements

[SR:C1UC2-1] - The system shall keep a log with the service that was registered. SR: Special Requirement.
