LastFm scrobbler for Beat Saber 1.40.x

This plugin allows you to submit tracks you play in game to last.fm

Configuration is done in-game via the added menu button on the left side of the main menu.

This is the third time the mod has seemingly changed hands. The original author, lfropc, started it here. furryaccount then took it over for 1.29 here, and I've updated it for 1.40.x upon request for WearyOlly.
