Makes the loot from Ad Astra structure look integrated with GT resources & makes them almost not a waste of time.
This is a draft PR because I want feedback on balance - each of the 3 planets' loot (Moon, Mars, Mercury) take a slightly different approach to making loot worthwhile so I want to hear back on which one would be most suitable.
