Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml), [cosmiconfig](https://github.com/cosmiconfig/cosmiconfig) and [husky](https://github.com/typicode/husky). These dependencies need to be updated together.
