目录模式改为基于 app.cls 的并发处理，并在交互中新增 cls 并发容器数参数，默认值为 4。 提交前先检查本地是否已有 srt/vtt/lrc，命中则直接跳过，避免无效上传与远端任务。

修正本地指定路径是嵌套多层多个文件夹时，字幕文件路径错误的Bug
