This is a repetition of #102. The changes seem to have been lost in the great purge.
Lapack's dgegv_ has been deprecated for 10+ years and has been removed in Lapack 3.12. ug4 fails to compile with lapack >= 3.12.
dgegv got replaced with dggev, which basically does the same.
